How to order

Please browse the shop and choose the item you want to order and then select the number of copies. Add the item to your basket. When you have finished shopping, view your basket and check that the items and quantities are correct. You can change the quantities or delete items from the basket.

You can calculate postage costs on the basket page before you go to the checkout, or you can go straight to the checkout and calculate postage there.

If you already have a free postage coupon, you can enter the code in your basket (or on the checkout page). If you don’t yet have a free postage coupon, but think you may be eligible, see below.

Free postage offer

If you live or work in a ‘southern/developing’ country, you may be eligible for free postage. Contact us with some information about yourself (e.g. where you live/work and your involvement with or interest in inclusive education) and if you are eligible we will email you a free postage coupon to use when you are ordering through this shop.

Please note, this offer is not intended for staff who work for large, well-funded international NGOs or UN agencies. Those who are eligible for free postage will include: teachers, parents, students, local or small NGOs, community-based organisations, disabled persons organisations, government personnel.

Shipping

Small packages: We use standard postal services for small orders. To keep the prices low, we do not use signed-for or tracked postal services. Contact us if you would prefer to pay extra for a tracked/signed-for postal service or courier service. Please note that tracked/signed-for postal services are not available from the UK to some countries.

Larger/heavier packages: We will use signed-for postal or courier services for larger packages. Usually these services cannot deliver to a PO Box address (see below).

Delivery address: If you have a PO Box address, please also give us your physical street address, in case we need to use a signed-for postal or courier service. You can use the ‘order notes’ box on the checkout page to give us additional address and delivery details or instructions. If we have any queries about your delivery address, we will contact you by email before shipping your order.

Local pickup

If you live in or are visiting the Manchester area you can arrange to collect materials from our office which is located near Hyde (SK14). Please select the ‘local pickup’ option in the checkout basket. We will contact you with details of where to find us and discuss a suitable day/time to collect your items.

Timescales

We aim to dispatch your items within one week of receiving the order. If there are delays (e.g. due to staff holidays) we will announce this on the shop homepage.

  • Orders shipped within the UK should arrive within 5 working days of being dispatched.
  • Orders shipped internationally by post may take 2-3 weeks to arrive after dispatch.
  • Orders shipped internationally by courier should arrive within 5 working days from the dispatch date. We can give you a DHL tracking number to help you track progress of your delivery.

Customs

Most countries do not charge customs fees on paper documents. We ensure packages are clearly marked as containing paper documents only. However, if customs duties are charged, it is the recipient’s responsibility to liaise with the local customs authorities and pay any customs fees. If you are unsure about your country’s customs rules and charges, please check before placing your order.

Quantities

If you are paying for postage/courier, you can order as many items as you want, up to a maximum weight of 30kg.

If you are eligible for free postage, and want to order a large quantity of materials, before we process your order we may contact you to discuss how you plan to use the materials. EENET has a small budget and therefore we reserve the right to limit the quantities we send via the free postage offer.
